Each bundle of 3–5 slabs is secured in ISPM 15 compliant fumigated wooden crates with foam separators between each slab. Individual slabs are wrapped in plastic protective film to prevent surface scratching.
Professional Container Loading
Slabs are loaded upright (A-frame style) in 20ft containers using steel L-frames or dedicated slab racks. Load-securing straps and bracing prevent movement during ocean transit.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before container loading, every slab is inspected and photographed. A pre-shipment inspection report with loading photos is shared with you for approval before the container is sealed.
